i got this car in may and 2 weeks later my knock sensor broke, i took it to get fixed and 5 days later the whole engine breaks and i have to get an engine rebuild. ever since then its been fine but the USED ENGINE they put into my car is recalled and eats oil in 2 weeks. my engine light came on again today and now the whole thing is broken again. DO NOT buy from this place. they scam you out of your money.

My first car from here was one of my best cars! I purchased a second vehicle this year and it presented many problems… I’ve never had as many problems with a car as I had with this one. They worked with me every step of the way, made sure to fix my vehicle each time and worked with me on my payments.. I am thankful for this company because you won’t find any other company like this.

I had my suv for 19 days before the check engine light came on, took it to autozone and it was the knock sensor they got me into fix the vehicle but while in shop told me it was also the intake gasket they did give me a break and only charged me $200 for my deductible picked my car up at 5:45 today it was there for a week but five business days for the shop as they aren’t open on weekends. Dropped it off Wednesday, and then they had it Thursday Friday Monday and picked it up on Tuesday drove it to my sons football practice went to turn it on and a horrible ticking sound is now coming from the car my ex is a mechanic and he said it sounds like a lifter, so calling them in the morning to see if we can address this issue with the car as it is under warranty still and have made all my payments (only one) I’ve had two rentals now in total of over $699 dollars $200 to pay them to get the car fixed and not including I put 2,000 down less than a month ago. I have heard horror stories about buy here pay here’s but thought they were friendly and needed a car fast. Not saying the staff isn’t friendly but friendly doesn’t pay my bills and without a car I can’t provide for my three children I’m a single mom of three kids I work hard for everything I have . Im a hard worker and pay my bills on time, have insurance on this vehicle since the day I drove it out of their parking lot and I’ve driven it a total of 19days. I know this is a business and they need to make money but this is terrible I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. My ex says they sold me a lemon and I’m beating myself up, but yelling and getting angry won’t resolve the issue or fix anything just have to hope the car doesn’t blow up before im even able to pay it off cause they want the money for the car but to not even check these vehicles before you sell them is beyond me. Wish me luck and for anyone reading this be mindful and learn from my mistake and hopefully you can find a better car cause no car is worth your mental health and unfortunately I have cried and stressed over this situation to the point I’ve made myself sick with anxiety Hopefully God grants me peace cause lord knows I need it. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I had an awesome experience with Dana. I arrived at 6:30 desperately looking for a car and although they closed within 30 min Dana and her staff went the extra mile to make sure that I drove home with the vehicle of my choice that day! The down payments were reasonable and my monthly payments were affordable as well! They got me in and out within an hour! I would highly recommend if your looking for a reliable vehicle!

I want to share my experience with the public , when I came to Auto Express of Hamilton to buy me a another car I dealt with Stefan who was amazing. He listen to my wants and needs and he definitely provided that for me. Great customer service skills.He gave me options on different vehicles. I left the parking lot that day with the new car.
